Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Delivery is currently only possible to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium. Do you live in another country? Then feel free to send us an email to find a solution.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed daily and shipped within 1-2 (business) days.
Sometimes the delivery time may be a bit longer. For example, because a product is not in stock. Or because there is a personalized/custom product in the order that still needs to be made. Your order will be shipped when it is completely ready.
Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?
Send an email as soon as possible after ordering to info@finesttreasure.nl with your order number and the correct address, you will then receive an email if the address has been received correctly. If the change is submitted after the package has been prepared for PostNL, we cannot reimburse the additional shipping costs.
Returns
How can I return?
To start a return, you can contact us via info@finesttreasure.nl. Mention your order number and the reason for the return shipment. We will then provide you with return instructions. After receipt and approval, you will receive the amount refunded to your account within 14 days.
Can I exchange for another item?
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange your items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What payment methods are available?
You can currently pay safely with iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
I have not received a confirmation email, has my order been processed correctly?
It may happen that this has ended up in the spam folder, so it is wise to check there. If the confirmation is not found there either, then send me an email at info@finesttreasure.nl.
