Where do you ship to?
Currently, we can only deliver to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium. Do you live in another country? Please send us an email to find a solution.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed daily and shipped within 1-2 (working) days.
Sometimes the delivery time can be a bit longer. For example, because a product is not in stock. Or because there is a personalized/custom product in the order and this has to be made first. Your order will be shipped when it is completely complete.
Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?
Send an email to info@finesttreasure.nl as soon as possible after ordering with your order number and the correct address, you will then receive an email if the address has been received correctly. If the change is reported after the package has been prepared for PostNL, we cannot reimburse the extra shipping costs.
Returns
How can I return an item?
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@finesttreasure.nl . Mention your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with return instructions. After receipt and approval, you will receive the amount back into your account within 14 days.
Can I exchange it for another item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange your items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What payment methods are there?
You can currently pay securely with iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
I have not received a confirmation email, has my order been placed correctly?
It may happen that this ended up in the spam folder, so it is wise to look there. If the confirmation is not there either, send me an email to info@finesttreasure.nl .
