June 💌
How nice and special that you are part of this edition of the Happy Mail Club (again)! ✨ For this edition, I also want to honestly share something about the past period, because April and May have been such intense months 😅 In a very short time, we had to move the entire company and at the same time prepare everything for KreaDoe. Those were really long days of starting early and finishing late, carrying boxes, assembling furniture, selecting products, checking samples, counting trade fair stock, creating content, designing and arranging the booth… and meanwhile also keeping the webshop running “as usual.”
KreaDoe was truly a huge success 🥹 I want to thank everyone who stopped by so much. It remains so special to meet you in person and hear all the lovely reactions. I worked incredibly hard on our booth and put so much love and attention into it, so it really made me very happy to see how many positive responses it received.

Whimsical summer 🐚
At KreaDoe, there was actually no time to rest 😅 We had to immediately continue finishing the office, sorting everything out, tidying up and organizing, packing orders, and of course working on this Happy Mail Club.
And it's actually quite ironic… because the theme of this edition is Whimsical Summer. A theme that is all about slowing down, living more consciously, and paying more attention to the small beautiful moments. While I haven’t really managed to do that lately. That sometimes feels a bit conflicting.
I am so proud and grateful that Finest Treasure is doing so well, but because of that, I constantly feel like I want and have to get everything out of it. I genuinely love my work. In fact, as I’m writing this, it’s 10 PM and I’m still at my desk in the office, even though I started at 8 AM this morning. Once I get into that creative flow and come up with all these fun ideas, I can keep going endlessly.
But at the same time, I also know very well that taking rest is important. That sometimes you need to zoom out to recharge and stay creative.

Charging 🌿
That’s why Boyd and I decided after KreaDoe that we wanted to book a vacation. Our very first vacation together was to a Greek island, and we completely fell in love with it. I love walking there, really clearing my head, feeling calm, and coming back completely satisfied. Then relaxing on the beach with a book or sketchbook… I’m really looking forward to it! ☀️
And of course, I know myself well enough by now to know that I’ll also want to do some journaling, record videos, and probably enjoy illustrating on my iPad from time to time. ✏️ But the difference is that I don’t want to be obligated to finish big projects there. My goal is to complete as much as possible before the vacation, so I can truly take some extra rest afterward.
I believe it’s very important for creativity to be in a different environment now and then. To gather new impressions, collect inspiration, and recharge.

My focus for the coming weeks 🚀
The coming weeks will therefore be entirely dedicated to illustrating and working on new collections. I hope to finally be able to work more ahead, so that new collections are better planned online and I can also create more structure around the Happy Mail Club.
Because although that may not always be visible, behind the scenes I am often still finishing many things at the last minute. Fortunately, I now also know about myself that I can still be creative under pressure and sometimes even perform better when a real deadline is approaching. But now that Finest Treasure is growing bigger and bigger, I also notice that this way of working is becoming increasingly difficult.
Because I don’t always work alone anymore. There are now people around me who help (my boyfriend and my mother) and who also depend on my planning and preparation. Because of that, I feel even more responsibility to organize things better and work further ahead.
Besides that, I also realize very well that that constant pressure and stress of finishing everything at the last moment is simply not healthy in the end. As much as I love my work, I notice that it’s time to change that and create more peace and structure, precisely so that I can continue doing this for a very long time with just as much love and creativity! 🫶🏼

Enjoying the little things 💖
My goal now is to work really hard for one more month so that the biggest projects are ready for the holiday, and then hopefully I can take a bit more rest this summer.
I was always very good at truly enjoying the little things. For example, if I had scored a delicious iced coffee, I could think back on it happily all day long. Now, I’m often only busy with everything that still needs to be done and can happen, and sometimes I forget to live in the moment. So that is my biggest goal for this summer as well: to consciously enjoy and live in the moment. By writing in my journal every morning or evening about a small or big happy moment from that day, you can train yourself to think about it. You’ll see that throughout the day it will stand out more and you’ll be more aware of it. I think this is a very good way for me too. In the next Happy Mail, I’ll give an update on how it’s going, hehe ✨
From September, there are already lots of fun projects and events planned 👀 Something I’m really looking forward to, but I also know that it will mean long and intense days again.
In the meantime, we’re already making plans for KreaDoe in the fall. And yes, we will be there again 🥹✨ So mark the dates (October 21 to 25) in your calendar, hehe.

The next edition ✨
For the next Happy Mail Club, I can already give a little sneak peek 👀✨ The theme will be Postcard From Paradise ☀️🌴🌺 A theme all about summer, vacation, and travel. Think warm evenings, colorful streets, beach days, souvenirs, postcards, sketchbooks that go in your bag, and that wonderful feeling of being completely away for a while.
Anddd… this edition will be extra special, because for the first time we’re doing a collab with another artist 🥹✨ Whiiiiiiiii. Of course, it will still have the full Finest Treasure vibe you’re used to, but that combination makes it so fun and unique.
I’ve already been busy behind the scenes and… I really think this is going to be a super cool edition. Of course, there will be new surprises, creative inspiration, and lots of beautiful details that I’m already excited about.

My passion 🩷
Recently, a new YouTube video was also posted, and I have actually filmed a lot behind the scenes lately 🎥✨ It’s just sometimes hard to find editing time right away during all the busyness. The next video will be about the move to the new building and a tour when we just got the keys. After that, there will of course be a fun vlog from the KreaDoe Spring Festival, and I also captured some really nice footage during different days in my life.
In the coming period, I will first be completely locked in to illustrate and work ahead on new collections and projects. But after that, I really want to focus more on making videos and content again. After all, that has been my true passion since I was little 🥹
I love capturing creative processes, making atmospheric shots, and taking you behind the scenes of Finest Treasure. And of course, I will also share journal pages with items from the Happy Mail Club on my socials again, so hopefully you can get lots of inspiration from them.

Thank you ⭐️
I want to end this blog with a huge thank you!
Really… I find it so special to see how many kind, creative people are part of this community. It never ceases to feel unreal to see your journal pages, creations, and ideas featuring items from the Happy Mail Club 🥹✨
That’s exactly why I keep making this with so much love. Not just the products themselves, but especially the feeling and inspiration you then create with them.
So if you make something with the Happy Mail Club: be sure to tag me on Instagram or TikTok! I love seeing everything and I try to repost as many creations as possible so we can inspire each other 🌷✨
