Hi pen pal bestie,
Some of you have already ordered the Happy Mail Club for the second time, which I’m incredibly grateful for!! For everyone else, let me introduce myself first. My name is Romy, and I live with my boyfriend in Soesterberg, a small but cozy village. My favorite hobbies are journaling, reading, crocheting, making DIY projects, and drawing (although I actually do that one far too little). I just turned 25—my birthday was on October 17. I celebrated my birthday with my family, and I baked a delicious red velvet cake myself.
Organized sip and paint
Last weekend, I also organized a sip-and-paint to celebrate my birthday with some friends, and it was so much fun! If you’re curious, you can check out the videos on my personal Instagram, @romyvanderlindenn, at the end of this week. :) I really love organizing things like this, and I also decorated the table beautifully. And although not all of my friends are creative or draw often, they all enjoyed it immensely, and the results were better than expected!
Sneak peek 👀
Last month was mainly focused on the Happy Mail Club and designing new products. I’ve been working on designing lots of new washi tapes, which will be available online in the coming months. In addition, there’s another big project I’ve been very busy with over the past few months... MY OWN JOURNALS!!! I’ve done a lot of research and tested various samples, and I’m so happy with the result. The quality is truly incredible, the paper is exactly the desired thickness, and everything is just right. If all goes well, they’ll be available in the shop before the end of the year—perfect for starting the new year in a new notebook. I really can’t wait!!! (And you’re the first to know <3)
This month I spent a lot of time putting together the Happy Mail Club packages again, so it was extra fun and special that they sold out in just 4 hours!!! 😱🤩 I’m a huge fan of the white gel pen because you can use it to create really fun details. The package includes a black sheet of paper and a sheet of kraft paper, which you can also write on with the gel pen. 💖
